Yeah!  I finally got through with the reservation number for the campground next to Great Western War.  I got Site #101, right next to the kid's playground.  And it has full hookups.  Woo-hoo!  It's just for Saturday to Monday, Oct. 6-8.

The campground is about a mile or so from where the War is being held, but that's fine with me.  I'd rather have the peace and quiet plus not having to fight over the showers or land grab.  I'll have my own spot complete with a picnic table, fire ring and whatnot.  Alright!

Anyone who is concidering going to GWW, and doesn't have a spot, let me know.  Besides my pop-up, you are allowed to pitch a tent.  Mercy, you are going to be staying at Hroar's vendor's area, right?

I'm also going to reserve a camping spot over at the beach for Monday to Wednesday, since it will be the beginning of Autumn's Fall Break.  I've found what I hope is a nice campground over near Santa Monica called Leo Carrillo State Beach.  That way, we'll do two nights at the GWW, and two days at the beach!  Woo-hoo!  We'll have a five-day vacation with me only taking two days off.
